I attended WedSmith last week @ The Grand America sure do love that hotel

I had the pleasure of listening and learning from

amazing speakers about all things weddings

David Perry, Lara Casey, Saundra Hadley

Jonathan Canalas to name a few,

and this week I have a wedding that has been in the works

for the last few months for

Christopher Ricks and Rachel Forsey

in my last few days of planning I ran across these images that I thought I would share

WASATCH FRONT 100 MILE ENDURANCE RUN

Upper BigWater, Millcreek canyon

shift from 4pm on Friday - 4am on Saturday

my younger brother Darrell, amazing runner extraordinaire is running this race this weekend,

up for an adventure, I volunteered

at least 40 dresses

5 different stores

yummy lunch @ the Nordstrom Cafe

spending the day with Ally

PRICELESS!

purchased the first dress of the day, at the end of the day

she is going to look amazing on her wedding day

when crawling into bed after our dress shopping day

caught the very beginning of

Father of the Bride,

and i felt a little like Steve Martins character

when his daughter has just told him that she is in love and engaged

and he flashes back to the little girl of earlier years

we are so happy for her happiness,

but it is very surreal that we bought a wedding dress today

WHAT A CRAZY WEEK!

what a crazy week i have had,

started off this time last week with a quick trip to

Garden Valley Idaho

to visit with Jeffs parents

enjoy some images that we took while visiting,

some funny things we saw

returned home on Sunday

both boys played in a soccer tournament up in Salt Lake City,

tylers team came away with a 2nd place medal.

while playing soccer mom on tuesday

also played Aunt Holly

to my 5 year old and 2 1/2 year old nephews

completely forgot what it is like to have little people

had a great day.

thursday was the beginning of my 40 hour work weekend

what an event!

looking forward to sharing some images

when i get them from the photographers that were there that night

can't wait to share

spent the weekend in recovery

and catching up on sleep

today is thursday and i feel like i am caught up

and my house is clean and back in order
